Abrar Kenja is a renowned natural healer, who has been working in private practice in Sydney, Australia for over 15 years, specialising in treating chronic physical traumas and resolving emotional disharmony in adults and children alike.
Abrar uses a unique form of structural therapy, that is a combination of his western education and his natural healing gifts, that were passed on to him by his grandfather, a healer who lived and worked in Samarkand, a city in Uzbekistan.
Abrar is gifted with an intuitive sensory perception that enables him to communicate with the body's natural intelligence and accurately diagnose and treat the root cause of trauma or emotional disharmony.
Abrar's Healing Therapy is a combination of therapies; including foot reflexology diagnosis , cranial sacral techniques, combined with trigger point therapy and myofascial stretching, to (positively) affect change in the nervous system, hormonal systems and optimise visceral organ functioning.
Abrar's healing therapy is performed in two treatments.
The first treatment is designed to release physical and emotional trauma and to release chronic inflammation that is held in the body's structure. The visceral (organ system) is balanced and stress is released to improve the emotional state of well-being. The first session is usually between 2-3 hours in duration, depending on the severity of the condition.
A second follow up treatment is recommended 1-3 weeks after the first treatment. The second treatment is necessary to open and stretch the physical body and enable full recovery. Follow up sessions are shorter, around 1-1.5 hours in duration.
After the initial session, clients are advised to limit or refrain from physically exerting exercises. The reasons for this are critical because resuming exercise can affect the body's ability to heal and recovery process.
